This is achieved by NOT confining their talent to an overhead hungry facility requiring finance for administration; infrastructure and non-shot related costs usually needed to optimise this level of talent. The price you pay per shot is for the artists time utilising industry leading software inside the WEBVFX structure which ensures on schedule delivery, direct access to the artists through online reviews available instantly at a time that suits you, and above all, in the most secure workflow for your production.

The site has been established and designed by London's most experienced VFX Producers working both in the facility environment and directly for productions. The emphasis has been on creating a simple and comprehensive workflow that is easy to use whilst ensuring all of our production experience is applied at every step of the process. This removes the potential for any last minute surprises such as colour space, data formats or schedule crunches that will slot into your production pipeline with ease.

Security is paramount at WEBVFX. We utilise the SohoNet Network, a world-renowned and highly respected media management service that, with the addition of many layers of security, monitoring, diagnostics and intrusion detection systems, is inherently secure.

By working with respected companies to ensure security, copyright and contractual clearances are all satisfied, enlisting the WEBVFX service to your production, provides an industry standard legal framework giving you peace of mind whether it be 1 or 100 shots, whatever your schedule. Client and artist contracts have been overseen by Sara Curran, solicitor. Sara has extensive international Film and TV legal experience and of working with studios, production companies and post-production facilities having spent 7 years as head of legal and business affairs at Polygram, Universal and Working Title Films and subsequently running her own practice for 8 years. Sara Curran now represents WEBVFX and is overseeing the site's agreements.

We provide a VFX service to all scales of production from large features requiring multi VFX shot awards to a production with a few fix-it style shots. The site allows productions to easily establish costs through our unique and straight forward online bidding system with no need for time consuming review and bidding meetings, or can negotiate a bulk discount or large volume solutions.

WEBVFX then allows our individually invited, top VFX artists to browse work and select packages of shots for an agreed fee. WEBVFX project manages the workflow through the site, from bidding and turnover to feedback, approval and final delivery. WEBVFX produces reports, reminders and prompts for reviews and feedback, and allows for clear client and artists communication though the site's smart interactive comments interface. Whilst the site is fully automated, it is also constantly monitored by the WEBVFX Producers to ensure a professional service is guaranteed and shots are approved and delivered on schedule to the highest possible quality.
